TOMASO ARRIGONI

After graduating from the "Port Charles" school in Milan, he took his first steps in the kitchens of famous restaurants in Liguria and Sardinia. In 1995 he joined Sadler’s brigade a Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan, where he refined and perfected his technical approach.

In 1998 he took over the restaurant Innocenti Evasioni in Milan, where, along with business partner Eros Picco, began a journey in search of taste, ambiance, and high quality. In 2007 he became a member of the prestigious Association Jeune Restarateurs d’ Europe and in 2008 he was awarded the coveted Michelin Star.

 

Starting in 2013 he began publishing his recipes in the magazine Cucina Italiana (Condé Nast) and is the official chef of the television program "Detto Fatto" broadcast on Rai Due.
