Italian Cuisine World Summit :: Dubai

The First Certificate of Proficiency in Italian professional Cooking

 

Under the auspices of the Italian Consul General in Dubai Giovanni Favilli and the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2014 presented the certificates to the first 3 participants (chef Vincenzo Raschella, from Jeddah, in the picture) during a special graduation dinner signed by chef Vincenzo Guarino of L'Accanto, Angiolieri Hotel (Vico Equenze - Na)*. The Accademia Italiana della Cucina rewarded Chefs Vincenzo Perez (Course Coordinator), Walter Potenza (Course Teaching Leader) and Helen Morris (The Emirates Academy of Hospitality) with their special plate, for their role as educators and or facilitators of education to the the Italian culinary traditions and tenets.

 

The second group of participants to the Course of Proficiency in Italian professional Cooking at the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2014 receive the certificate from the hand of Italian Consul General in Dubai Mr Giovanni Favilli Photos Dario Miceli
