Chef Genovese was born in France in 1968 of Italian parents. The love for his origins has remained with with him throughout his career. His travel began in France and took him through England, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand. He reached Ravello and the Hotel Palazzo Sasso, at Rossellinis restaurant, where he received his first Michelin star. From Ravello to Rome was a short step. In 2003 his adventure in the capital city began and his creation took shape, Il Pagliaccio. He earned a second star in 2009.
