First Ever Seven Michelin-Starred Dinner in Dubai To Be Held At Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers as part of Italian Cuisine World Summit

Exclusive Menu Composed by Five Illustrious Italian Chefs including Sheraton Dubai Creek’s Own Alfredo Russo – 19 November

Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers has announced a one-time-only exclusive seven-starred dinner as part of the 2014 Italian Cuisine World Summit being hosted in Dubai – the first ever to be held here is this growing gastronomic city.

Set to take place on 19 November at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo, the special menu is being composed by five Michelin-starred chefs, including Sheraton Dubai Creek’s own Alfredo Russo, who in total have an impressive seven Michelin stars between them.

Joining the renowned Michelin-starred Alfredo Russo will be Marco Sacco (two-stars), the Serva brothers (one star each), and Vincenzo Candiano (two-stars), to prepare a one-time-only five- course menu concocted of quality ingredients and an array of Italian tastes. Each chef will prepare a dish that is reflective of not only their style of cooking, but also where in Italy they are from meaning that diners will be able to undergo a culinary journey of an epic scale never seen before here in the cosmopolitan Emirate.

The unique event is being put together in tribute to the seven Emirates of the UAE, and diners will have the special opportunity to meet with the illustrious chefs during the meal.

In its sixth edition, the Italian Cuisine World Summit returns to Dubai from 7 – 20 November following the staggering success of the 2013 edition. In only its second year in Dubai, the Summit has become the world’s most influential fair for Italian quality food, beverages and lifestyle, and helps crown Dubai as the ultimate World Food Capital.

Sheraton Dubai Creek’s premier Italian restaurant with breathtaking views of the historic Dubai Creek, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo, will be hosting this event exclusively for 80 diners only, for AED 695 per person with paired beverages. There is also an option to book at AED 795 per person,

which will include private car transportation to and from the hotel (minimum 2 person booking for Dubai based residents only).

The restaurant will also be hosting another dinner on 18th November, whereby guest chef Pasquale Palamaro, another Michelin-starred chef who is taking part in the summit will produce a signature menu for the foodies of Dubai to enjoy. This will serve as a prelude of what is to come on the following evening.
