DURATION: 60 hours in 7 days (20 hours of tutored hands-on classes)
DATES:  8-14 November 2014; 15 – 21 November 2014
LOCATION: EMIRATES ACADEMY OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
 
This program follows professional industry standards for decorum, uniform, hygiene and personal presentation. Hands-on classes, which take place in the professional kitchen of the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management have a strict uniform and attendance policy which must be respected for successful completion of the course.
